# Jeff Niceley:

# Out in the Community, Every Day

Jeff Niceley didn't move to Kenton County to run for office. He grew up here, graduated from high school here, raised his family here, and built his business here. The people in these photos aren't campaign stops — they're neighbors, customers, classmates, and friends he's known for decades.

Ask anyone who has spent five minutes with Jeff, and you'll hear the same thing: he's a people person.

He'd rather have a real conversation on a sidewalk or in a parking lot than send a press release. He listens more than he talks; he remembers names, and he follows up.

That's not a campaign strategy — it's just how he's always operated.

## Community involvement

As a lifelong resident and local business owner, Jeff has spent his adult life showing up. Chamber breakfasts and school fundraisers. Youth sports sidelines and church parking lots.

Ribbon cuttings, cleanup days, fish fries, and festivals. He's been the guy setting up tables before the event and stacking chairs after it.

That kind of involvement gives you something no briefing book can: a real feel for what people in District 2 actually deal with. Road and infrastructure headaches. The cost of doing business. Whether county government feels responsive or distant.

Jeff hears about all of it, usually before it reaches a formal meeting agenda.

## Music festivals and good company

Jeff will also tell you straight out: he loves live music. Give him a summer weekend, a festival lineup, a lawn chair, and a crowd of people, and he's exactly where he wants to be. Local bands, regional festivals, hometown street fairs — he's there for the music and, honestly, for the people-watching and the conversations between sets.

There's something fitting about that. Festivals are where a community shows up as itself — families, generations, all kinds of backgrounds, sharing the same field for a few hours.

That's the Kenton County Jeff wants to represent: not divided into camps, just people enjoying the place they live.
